Refunds & Returns
All exchanges or refunds must be pre-approved prior to returning the goods. You must contact us via email. You must provide an order number, name, address and reason for return.
Returned products must be unused and in the original packaging with any tamper-evident seals in place for a refund of the cost of goods minus shipping.
We will not accept product returns or provide you with a refund for the following:
- Incorrect sizing [Please refer to sizing chart for each product to avoid this]
- The customer determines that the look of the product does not align with their expectations.
- The customer is not able to provide proof (photo/video) of defective products.
- A re-stocking fee may apply to returned items.
Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method after we have received it. We will notify you via email once the refund has been made.
Replacements
You are eligible for a replacement if the item you received has a manufacturing fault or is damaged.
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods by emailing support@heonaksacs.com along with a photo of the damaged goods and your order number and we will arrange a replacement. Any damaged or faulty goods must be returned prior to receiving the replacement and we will provide you with a return label.
If a replacement is not available you will be offered another product of equal or greater value or you may receive a refund [MINUS SHIPPING].
If approved for a replacement, customers will be responsible for shipping cost. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
